The strategy includes exercise and treatment plans to promote self-management of the issues that may recur. The line of treatment is focused on safe work practices, exercises and fitness, return to work, regaining health and maintaining wellbeing. At SMOR’s healthcare, we focus on creating awareness about the reasons which lead to pain, stiffness, tingling, lack of movement, numbness and other painful symptoms. Our team is an expert in treating the conditions using special techniques where doctors have suggested surgery as the only ray of hope. There are thousands of patients who have recovered from major complications without undergoing surgeries.
Dr. Subodh Mor received his Ph.D. degree in the area of Sports Management from the Delhi School of Management, Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering), Delhi, India. Subodh Mor has been in the field of active physiotherapy since the year 2001. The patients in those days were told not to bend themselves and do limited daily chores, which ultimately used to make them less active. He decided to do away with these shortcut techniques and took special training on treating these problems using hands. He took advanced training in this regard from Japan and implemented it in India. He has treated many cases where people had left hope to be on their foot again. People from all corners of India come to consult him and get benefitted from his experience in managing complicated cases. Dr. Subodh Mor(PT) is a Lifetime member of Indian Association of Physiotherapists and Lifetime Member of Indian Spinal Cord Society.
